Two filings in the nH Predict case appear on a law-school tracker but not on the RECAP mirror

The Georgetown tracker's filing list includes a Defendants' Motion to Amend dated August 10, 2026 and a Plaintiffs' Response to Motion to Amend dated August 17, 2026. Neither appears in the CourtListener docket render captured the same day, whose newest numbered entry is #187 from July 21. Neither the tracker nor this report states what the motion seeks to amend, and the linked PDFs were not retrieved. The point is directional: on filings the secondary tracker is ahead of the primary mirror, while on the class-certification date it is unsupported by it. Anyone monitoring healthcare AI litigation from a single source is exposed in one direction or the other, and knowing which is a governance question, not a legal one.
